Welcome to KP Astro App. We strive to provide accurate calculations and insightful AI interpretations. Because our Service provides digital products and personalized content delivered via AI credits, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. AI Credits and Usage
- Nature of Credits: Users purchase AI credits to access the astrology chatbot and other premium features. Credits are consumed at the time a request is made to the AI system.
- No Refunds for Consumption: Once AI credits have been consumed to generate a response, interpretation, or chart, we cannot offer a refund. The costs associated with AI processing and third-party data generation are incurred immediately upon your request.
- Astrology Interpretations: Astrology is subjective and provided for entertainment purposes. We do not offer refunds based on a user’s disagreement with or dislike of an AI-generated prediction, tone, or interpretation.
2. Credit Expiration
- No Expiration: Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, purchased AI credits do not expire and will remain in your account for as long as the Service is operational.
- Account Deletion: If you choose to delete your account, any remaining unused credits will be forfeited and are not redeemable for cash.
3. Exceptions and Technical Issues
We may issue a refund for unused credits at our sole discretion in the following specific cases:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same credit pack.
- Technical Failures: If a verified technical error on our side prevented the purchased credits from being added to your account balance, and we are unable to manually rectify the balance.
- Billing Errors: If there is a clear discrepancy between the advertised price of a credit pack and the amount charged.
4. Refund Process
- Requesting a Refund: To request a refund for unused credits, please email contact@kpastroapp.com within seven (7) days of the transaction. Please include your account email and the transaction ID from Stripe or Razorpay.
- Timeline: Once approved, refunds are processed immediately on our end. However, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or the payment processor.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank for a valid credit purchase without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and any remaining credit balance to prevent further unauthorized use.
